Soften garlic and onion to olive oil in a frying pan
Add bacon and lightly cook
Mix in tomato puree and chopped tomatoes
Pour mix into the casserole and stir in the potato, squash and green beans
Pour over the stock and mix in with the rosemary and parsley
Add the lid to the casserole and place in the oven for 1 hour 15 at 355F
